Returns Information - Low Cost Returns and Refunds
Returns are a fact of life and if you ever need to send something back to us, for whatever reason, then we will never quibble. We want you to feel completely reassured by our commitment to customer satisfaction (if you're not happy then we're not happy) and to shop with confidence here at Action Sports International.
To ensure you get the best possible returns service we ask that any item to be returned should be booked within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and should be sent back to us within a further 14 days so this should give you a full 30 days to complete the return.
We will always fully refund the return carrier charges if we can see that we have despatched faulty or damaged goods, goods not ordered by you, or substitute goods which you would prefer not to accept. For soft goods where you have ordered the wrong size then, as with all online companies, we ask that the cost of the return is settled by you.
So, to make returning a product to us as quick and easy as possible we have partnered with Royal Mail.
There is a very low rate of £3 to use this service.
For parcels up to 20kg with max dimensions of 61cm X 46cm X 46cm
All you need to do is package up the item(s) you wish to return, print out your returns label, and then pop down to any Post Office to drop it off. For an extra 60p Royal Mail will also collect from your home or work whilst delivering your regular post. Simply create your return first and then book a collection.
We will fully refund the £3 delivery charge if we can see that we have despatched faulty or damaged goods, goods not ordered by you, or substitute goods which you would prefer not to accept.
Exchanging an item for a smaller/larger size. Eg, vest or helmet
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us either by using the “Contact Us” form on our website, or drop us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the details. We will then send you a pre-paid returns label via email for you to be able to return the original item back to us.
As soon as we track that you have posted the item back to us, we will then dispatch the exchange item.
Please remember that anything returned to us must still be in its original packaging and completely unused.

As Royal Mail stipulates maximum dimensions and weights, please contact us if you wish to return something that falls outside of these boundaries and we will leverage our excellent courier relationships to get you the best possible shipping rate (which will be fully refunded if we've messed up).
