The Bern Macon H20 Water Sports Helmet Description

The Macon H2O model is a certified watersports helmet constructed almost identically to a HardHat that utilizes an ABS shell lined with soft moisture wicking Brock Foam - the difference is how it is lined with neoprene to help protect the helmet from becoming waterlogged. This helmet is designed for multiple lower impacts and great for wakeboarding at the cable park or kayaking.

The Bern Hard Hat technology provides a new head protection option for athletes not into wearing helmets. Using a patented multiple impact breathable foam this Bern helmet technology keeps riders dry and cool while allowing air to flow in all directions. With the Bern Hard Hat technology helmets are now a sweet necessary accessory that provides ultimate protection.

The Macon water helmet collection uses a two stage foam construction. A waterproof EVA comfort foam molds to a riders head while the patented multiple impact Brock Foam keeps things from getting dicey.

Brock Foam offers multi-impact performance porosity and breath-ability and 3D airflow. Air and moisture circulate in any direction without the risk of absorption and the Foam does not harbor moisture and dries quickly after each wakeboarding and kayaking session. Brock Foam is also very resilient and returns to its original shape after impact thereby offering protection for multiple impacts.

Everything you need to know about our Shipping & Delivery Services

Your business is extremely important to us and if you're not happy then we're not happy. We are therefore fanatical about making sure that everything arrives with you in perfect condition and in good time. 

Here is a summary of how we do things.

1) We aim to process and ship all orders on a daily basis if placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, Sadly we are not able to ship orders at weekends or Bank Holidays (we like to get out on the water sometimes too). If you place your order after 3pm then we will still endeavour to process and ship it on the same day but this may not always be possible until the following working day.

2) For goods stored in one of our satellite warehouses, transhipment may sometimes cause a slight delay. This is rare though and we'll always notify you straight away if this will potentially affect all or part of your order.

3) For goods on re-order from our suppliers but not physically back in stock yet the words "Coming Soon" or similar will be displayed. These goods are available for pre-order only over the phone by calling +44 (0)1597 850114. If you pre-order something we will let you know the arrival date that we have been quoted by our suppliers, but we're afraid that these dates do sometimes change but we'll always try and keep you fully in the loop. By pre-ordering goods you are basically securing them for when they arrive with us. Pre-orders are processed and shipped on a "first come first served" basis i.e. processed in strict chronological order (the first to pre-order will be the first to receive their goods).

4) Acceptance of Parcels 

• All items will be delivered to the address that you have provided, and not necessarily you in person.
• If someone else signs for or otherwise accepts your parcel, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered and no claim for none delivery will be accepted.
• If your parcel is delivered to BFPO, a block of flats, a university halls of residence, a house of multiple occupancy, a hotel or a place of work it will be up to you to recover the parcel from whoever accepted it.
• All deliveries must be accepted upon presentation by our delivery agents, even if you no longer want the products.
• Refusal to accept delivery of a parcel will render you liable for return delivery charges which can be substantial.
• If there is a problem with the parcel you are receiving, please still accept the delivery, ask the courier to record the nature of the problem and then contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue for you.
• Re-delivery or redirection may be possible at additional cost.
• Damage caused in transit can only be claimed if the damage is reported to the carrier upon signing for the goods
